This fabulous piece of engineering gets its name from the Roman god of fire and metalworking “Vulcan”, and is the very best in garden tooling and accessories.

Perfect for burning all garden refuse and logs, as well as coming complete with additional perforated cooking tray. The cooking tray sits in the top of the burner and can be filled with coals for barbecuing. There is also a Grill top for placing your cooking pans etc, on.

With use this will slowly break down, but can easily be maintained, using a recommended metal paint, such as Stove paint. This does not affect the robust quality of the wood burner. This particular design has a scroll design around the top with integral open grid base for ash to fall through.

The frame work and fire pit is created in steel that has been powder coated, whilst the cooking grill and carry handles have been made in stainless steel, the robust quality of the design gives an almost professional feel to the bbq. A very splendid and neat, portable barbecue, that has been created in strong stainless steel. The Firebird, has been designed for use on the ground only and is therefore great for picnics etc.

The deep belly will allow for good heat retention, whilst the, drop down lid means quick, fast,  all over cooking. Due to the heat generated underneath the barbecue we would not recommend using this on a table etc. Easy to clean after use, and lightweight for travel.
