Memorial benches

The Parklands Memorial bench is a delightful design, which appeared many years ago in our lovely parks and public areas. This is a beautifully designed and hand cast, heavy bench, that was created to give many years of durable service.

Today, we still have many of this style of bench throughout the country that are still being used. This particular design of bench has become much sought after.

The Parklands Memorial Garden Bench Seat is by far the heaviest bench we make. The two bench pillars or stanchions are totally over specification, they alone weigh individually approximately 10 kilos each.

The wooden planks are available in the rustic country green as standard or in polished hardwood, with three hand painted coats of yacht varnish, for a small additional fee. Both of these finishes will compliment the natural cream and rust patina of the cast metal legs (Naturally aged).

This Bench is designed to last a lifetime, which makes it perfect for honoring the memory of a loved one. The method chosen for casting the end pillars, allows for a special memorial plate to be added on both ends of the bench legs (see Photo) . This then allows you to personalize the bench and dedicate it to a loved one. The personalized discs are ordered and charged separately.
This is not available anywhere else, especially with inferior copies. We then carefully and by hand, pick out in black matt, your chosen memorial words, or names and borders. It is a bold design that is wonderfully special and results in a really heartfelt and treasured gift.
