I deal with all web related enquiries, uploading our new products, general maintaining and developing of the website.
Small Orders Team
My responsibilities revolve around replenishment orders, keeping the orders up to date and ensuring accuracy and quality of the goods leaving is maintained.
I’m also involved within the health and safety procedures, ensuring the working areas are maintained and kept safe.
Health & Safety Officer
I look after health and safety throughout the organisation, it's my responsibility to prepare risk assessments and ensure we are working carefully and safely, in all respects.
Sales & Marketing Dept and Social Secretary
Hi, it’s my job to look after our area sales agents as well as prepare all marketing and PR materials such as our catalogues and Point Of Sale leaflets. I also work very hard on all our shows and exhibitions. Another aspect is the bar codes for all our centres using an EPOS System.
As Social Secretary I’m also responsible for keeping up the morale by organising events for the workforce.
Customer Service Supervisor
Hi, its my job to make monthly customer care calls to our top clients and quarterly calls to our full customer base. I deal with any customer service related issues that come in.
I also organize the promotional events and the grand openings of the new store within a store.
Accounts & Office Manager
Hi, I oversee all the account functions of the company and also as office manager I oversee the smooth running of the office and the staff.
Purchasing Manager
Ive joined the family business from Liverpool university, having finished a degree in E Business, my role now as purchasing manager will focus on improving our supply chain and ensuring the stocks are maintained at a level, that will offer our customers the very best supply times, currently this involves overseeing over 5000 lines.
Installation Team Leader
Im the head of the Installation team, its my responsibility, to install new displays, whether that’s a group of free standing displays or an entire Store within a store,
I oversee all the preparations, even in some cases, doing pre-site inspections, too think through the larger installation ahead of the targeted date, for the work to begin.
We always try to exceed the customers expectations, so that on completion, everyone involved is totally satisfied, we always obtain a signed satisfaction receipt and invariably it always contains comments that make it all worthwhile.

As graphic designer I carry out the design work for the merchandisers’, point of sale, promotional work and literature.
I have had many years experience, working for many large companies and advertising agencies in the UK.
I support the marketing team in the planning and implementation of new product developments.
Engineering Shop
My expertise is resolving manufacturing issues that suround the companies products and displays. I have 45 years experience in everything to do with metalwork, from sheet metal, turning, spinning & fabrication.
Website & 'e' Commerce Development
My role is to ensure that the company and its products are portrayed in the very best light, through the media and the world wide web.I currently have sole responsibility for our "e" commerce dept.
Top Up Supervisor
My responsibilities cover all replenishment orders, ensuring that any order placed with the company are processed and delivered within the same week. This is my primary task.
Stand Supervisor
My role is to process orders for merchandiser stands. I ensure that all mechandising stand orders are sent out and delivered to customer satisfaction.

My concern is to ensure that all materials received by the company are to the correct specification and that quality issues are addressed on arrival.

I am concerned with product development and creativity, addressing new concepts and designs.

I have worked for the company for over 20 years. I am involved with product ranges that are produced and supplied by Black Country Metal Works for bespoke customers.
Accentually unique products specifically for individual clients.
Drawing Office
My duties involve preparing technical drawings of new and existing products for customers approval and workshop use.
I have over 40 years experience in draftmanship and commercial art.
PA to MD and Reception
Hi, I work as PA to Clive, looking after all his correspondence and the booking of appointments. I’m also the person most likely to be the first point of contact when calls come in, I also help in creating delivery notes and invoices.
