Hi, it’s my job to help with the overall day to day running of the office. I look after all our trade customers.
I will put your orders on to our system and process the invoices. I also help with credit control.
I work alongside Vanessa in the exportation of our goods.

Clive's Personal Assistant
I am a point of contact for people needing to speak to Clive as well as dealing with business development (meetings, shows etc), Health and safety issues, HR issues, supplier and customer relations and special projects.
I am also first aid trained.
Administration
I am responsible for office administration and making sure everything is kept up to date. I also help with web development and conduct various market research projects.
Purchasing Manager
I’ve joined the family business from Liverpool university, having finished a degree in E Business, my role now as purchasing manager will focus on improving our supply chain and ensuring the stocks are maintained at a level, that will offer our customers the very best supply times, currently this involves overseeing over 5000 lines. Ben also oversees Health & Safety.
Accounts Department
Bruce recently joined us and is looking after our accounts department, so any accounts query you have ask for Bruce.
Product Development
Involved in creating and improving ideas for new products, to provide the highest quality products available.
Warehouse Manager
Duties include over seeing the day to day running of the warehouse, picking and packing of orders ensuring that the orders are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Setting up of trade and retail stands at the shows.
(Neil makes up all the display stands, and house signs - has a good eye for detail)
WAREHOUSE FIRST AIDER RESPONDER
Warehouse/Goods In
Duties include the booking in of all goods arriving. Ensuring that the stock is put away in the correct pick areas once production has been completed and that the warehouse floor is kept clean and tidy from stock.
Steve, knows the stock and put’s us in the office straight, if we order the wrong thing, or quote a wrong code!
Retail Support Team
I have worked for the company for over 20 years. I am involved with product ranges that are produced and supplied by Black Country Metal Works for bespoke customers.
Accentually unique products specifically for individual clients.
Warehouse Picker/Packer
Duties include the picking and packing of orders ensuring that the goods leave on time and arrive without breakages. Also help out with the putting away of stock completed in the warehouse.
CMISH FIMLS AISM - Health & Safety Consultant Advisor
Rita has joined our company as our Health and safety consultant and advisor. She will be working ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are complied with and that we all work within a safe environment.
Engineering Shop
My expertise is resolving manufacturing issues that suround the companies products and displays. I have 45 years experience in everything to do with metalwork, from sheet metal, turning, spinning & fabrication.
Graphic Designer
As graphic designer I carry out the design work for the merchandisers’, point of sale, promotional work and literature.
I have had many years experience, working for many large companies and advertising agencies in the UK.
I support the marketing team in the planning and implementation of new product developments.
Drawing Office
My duties involve preparing technical drawings of new and existing products for customers approval and workshop use.
I have over 40 years experience in draftmanship and commercial art.

Sculptor & Pattern designer
Joe is probably one of the finest sculptors in the UK and ironically probably won’t be heralded for his unique talent until he’s left this mortal coil.
Joe is responsible for the life like resemblances reflected in most of our work.

Maintaining our network of websites, by constantly updating with our new products, new photography and improving these sites for customer usability.
