I followed up my online trade account request with a telephone call to (hopefully) place an order about an hour later bearing in mind I wanted a cash account. One of your customer service/sales team was able to deal with everything and my first order (£500+ full retail price) is paid for and will hopefully be despatched soon.

I phoned around a few companies when deciding who to use for my period door and window furniture requirements, and your company was by far the best in terms of service and price for someone like me.
