When a fire is discovered that person is to sound the alert and inform their manager.
*The emergency services should be alerted
*All staff are to leave the premises without stopping for personal items, and gather at the Fire point which is located on the main car park by the raised flower bed.
*If trained in the use of fire exintguishers and safe to, the fire should be tackled
*Managers should do a head check to ensure all staff are out of the premises.
*No one should re-enter the premises until the site has been given the all clear by the emergency services.
