I would just like to say how pleased we are with the goods we purchased recently. The Cradley Bench is truly beautiful piece of art the workmanship is superb, a high quality finished garden bench, the weight is just superb and will withstand any gale that is blowing our way this winter. The hand painted slate number plate is delightful and the bottle tea lights are equally pretty and unusual. Our lovely bird bath has pride of place in the garden with many an interested visitor so far. A couple of days ago, I called at Whitehall and bought an antique silver armillary complete with stand (product HS042/AS). I am e mailing to thank the staff involved because of the high level of customer service provided. One member of staff gave a lot of his time when he was busy on something else and another member of staff not only found the products I was interested in purchasing, finding actual stock in one case when the IT system was showing as out of stock, as well as showing alternatives and columns etc.
