The Company will not accept any claim relating to the condition or quantity of goods delivered unless formal written notice, quoting delivery or invoice number, of any such claim is received by “The Company within seven days of the delivery date.
All customer trade returns must be returned to us at the cost of the trade customer for evaluation by BCMW and on evaluation a credit note will be raised accordingly
A 50% restocking charge will be levied against goods returned without notification, or prior agreement with BCMW
Any debit notes raised by the trade customer that are not “Agreed “ prior to being submitted by the customer will only be actioned at the discretion of BCMW
No credit will be issued against carriage or transportation costs unless the fault is found to be on the part of BCMW
Credit notes raised can only be used against goods for a live/Active trading account
Any Goods returned to BCMW, that have been seen to be packed in an “irresponsible” manner, and as a consequence are received broken and damaged will not be Credited under any circumstances. All goods returned for Credit, must be received in a perfect, and resaleable condition.
