THE SMELTING POT
RSS FeedWho would have thought that as we blissfully celebrated NYE 2019, we would be plunged into a new decade with trials and tribulations which would shock not just the UK but the World. When the first lockdown was announced, the novelty of having a three weeks off work seemed ideal for some but as the boredom set in and the weeks turned into months, banana bread and Zoom meetings could no longer hold our attention.
Guess what!? It’s officially autumn!
If you’re anything like us, you love nothing more than cosying up next to a

good book, and settle down beside you fireplace for the foreseeable future.

Often described as the most
social place within any home, the kitchen is where many of us spend a fair bit
of time on a day-to-day basis. From quick morning breakfasts before work and
regular tea and coffee top-ups all the way to full-blown dinners and midnight
snack runs, we all use our kitchens for something so why not stock yours up
with all of the style essentials? Apart from the obvious pots, pans, crockery,
and cutlery, there are plenty of other bits and bobs that every kitchen
requires to function at its absolute best.
