This highly unusual and very ornate Victorian trough planter is simply wonderful for holding a collection of your favorite potted blooms. Hand made in very heavy cast iron, it stands on four shaped little legs, and is finished in a glorious “Shabby Chic” Vintage cream.

Can be left to “weather”, or can be repainted in any recommended metal paint if and when required. For inside or outside use.

Inspired by the Hawker Siddeley Nimrod, a maritime patrol aircraft which was developed to replace the RAF fleet of Avro Shackleton’s, this weathervane is ideal for those who either love this aircraft, worked or served in the RAF. Said to have served from the early 1970s to March 2010, this aircraft features four Rolls Royce engines which together with additional fuel capacity, increased the aircrafts performance. Now created into a weathervane, the Nimrod aircraft can be seen gliding through the sky surrounded by clouds and encased within a circular frame. Complete with directional arms, fletched arrow and universal mounting bracket, this weathervane will look fantastic on homes, garages and sheds.

If required, the wax layer can be removed using a light oil such as WD40 with a fine-grade wire wool and then re-finished with a metal-based paint. Crafted from solid wrought iron using traditional blacksmithing methods, this stylish stair spindle is the perfect finishing touch for any stairway upgrade or revamp project. The spindle itself features ornate leaf-inspired detailing along its spindle and is adorned with a classic Tudor rose motif in its centre. The perfect addition to any interior space, this stair spindle would add a sense of traditional charm to any staircase for many years to come.

Please note that this design in supplied singularly and the number of spindles you require will need adjusting according to your requirements before adding to your basket. Available with or without brackets. If fitting to a flat/horizontal surface, purchase with landing brackets. If fitting to a stairwell, please purchase with multi-angle rake brackets.
