This high quality cast iron sculpture has been naturally aged when exposed to the elements, providing a lovely rustic finish to the overall piece. The Listener, is an abstract piece of art which depicts a male face with hand positioned over his left ear and rests of his cheek. Complete with integrated base, this highly detailed sculpture features knuckle joints, wrinkles in the face and shirt collar, adding to the character and charm of the piece. The method used to craft this product is die casting, which means that you may find a small amount of sand left over on the inside of this sculpture. Finished in a sleek yet rich espresso black, this wall mounted post box is simple in detail to enhance the style and elegance of the piece. Crafted from a combination of cast iron and aluminium, this design features an open aperture as well as a larger lid which can be left unlocked to receive larger post or parcels. Complete with a four pronged base for stability and support, directional arms and fletched arrow, this free standing weathervane can be placed anywhere in the garden or flowerbed for added character and charm.
Please note: All free standing weathervanes come complete with an integrated 15cm length four-pronged ground spike for stability. If your ground is a little soft, the base can easily be ground anchored or cemented into position where additional support is required.
