Otherwise known as wind vanes, weathervanes are one of the oldest wind instrument devices used. Inspired by treasured pastimes, hobbies, careers and sport, our collection of weathervanes will certainly ensure that everyone’s interests are captured. Created from a combination of cast iron and steel, and powder coated in a sleek midnight black for longevity, our weathervanes are built to last.

Some assembly will be required. As our weathervanes are decorative and handmade from heavy-duty iron, they will not respond in the same way as a wind measurement device or a lightweight sheet steel alternative. When installing, please ensure your location does not obstruct air flow and refer to our comprehensive guide on fitting and positioning for more information.

Each of our weathervanes are supplied with all necessary fixings and a universal bracket, but for those trickier installations we also have an apex bracket with adjustable arms. If you don't have a suitable roof on your home for a weathervane, you could look at our garden weathervanes instead - these freestanding and mini weathervanes are ideal for sheds, garages and outbuildings!
