Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Crafted from mild steel, this window espagnolette handle comes complete in a beeswax-coated finish. Sold individually, this is a high-quality product with a classic monkeytail design, which can easily be incorporated into any window area. This item is the right-hand version, which you would need if you had a window that is hinged from the right from the inside looking out. These come with matching SS M5 screws for easy installation, designed with a 7mm x 38mm spindle that can be fastened by way of a grub skew.
