With nearly 30+ years of business experience within Black Country Metal Works, and over 50 years in the metal working trade alone, I now feel confident enough to say, there is very little left that I don’t know or haven’t experienced in the world of metal working. I am now fortunate enough to have been able to pass this wealth of learning onto staff and members of my family, who share this same passion with incredible enthusiasm. It is a great joy to see three generations working alongside each other to continue this great metalworking tradition. With research a priority, we are constantly striving to bring together the very best of quality, durability, and value for money into the sourcing of every product we sell. With today’s growing marketplace and the wealth of availability worldwide, it is not possible to purchase all of our products and components here in the UK, as we would wish. With many products being hand made or indeed, hand finished, it is sometimes the case that we may need to wait for their completion, or unavoidable delays may occur. However, we do strive to take our need for high standards and ideals to each and every one of the suppliers we use, whichever country, and in this way we can ensure that the British quality standards of which we are very proud, are maintained across all of the products we supply or offer, irrespective of their origin.

A happy customer is one, who knows he has bought the very best, at a fair and reasonable price. He knows he can expect a long and useful working life from his product, and if it should fail, he will want the confidence of knowing, there is support and accountability if he needs to replace it. The majority of our products look and feel far superior in reality, than we have been able to portray in their photography.
