Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Supplied as a complete set, this 175mmArt Deco Rectangular Sliding Pocket Door Privacy Set includes an integrated internal thumbturn to lock sliding doors, plus an emergency coin release on the other side.

Compatible with standard sliding door mortise locks for door thicknesses ranging from 35mm to 45mm. Fully recessed so the mechanism sits flush with the door, allowing it to slide fully into wall cavities.

The Art Deco stepped frame creates a classic period feel which looks at home in modern and traditional home interiors.

Finished in an authentic aged brass, the subtle patina adds natural tonal depth and historic warmth. Aged brass will continue to develop its patina over time and deepen in tone with handling and age. A soft, dry cloth or beeswax-based furniture polish can be used to remove dirt and fingerprints, we advise against harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. To extend the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regularly oiling all moving parts.
