FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Klarna is a credit system, which means that you’ll have to be 18+ to use it. Your eligibility to use the service will also be subject to Karna's reviewing process and your credit status.
Pay in 3: this option allows you to pay for the total cost of your order in three payments, spread across a 3-month period. The first payment will be taken at the time of purchase, the second after 30-days and the third after 60-days. No interest, and no fees paid at the time.
Pay in 30-days: this option allows you to pay for your order in full up to 30-days after placing your order, with no interest or fees paid at the time o ‘purchase’.
Yes, you can! Just download the Klarna app (if you haven’t already) and all your unpaid orders should be ready to pay at any time before the due date.
If you choose to make a payment through Klarna, you’ll be redirected to Klarna’s payment gateway and asked to provide your mobile number, email address, current billing address and a valid credit/debit card.
You’ll need to return items to us as normal, using our returns policy. You can read more about the Black Country Metal Works return policy here. Once returned safely, Klarna will organise any refunds and/or cancel any future payments. Refunds through Klarna normally take up to five business days once we’ve received your returned items.

Many of our products, or elements of, are carefully handcrafted by experts in the metalworking field. The tradition behind the craft is really important to us, which is why we love offering personalisation and hand-finished options to many of our collections.
