STEP ONE: The whole process always starts with you - the customer! First things first, we’ll need to know what your idea is all about. The best way for us to get started on the design process is for you to send us through any possible source images and a description of how you’d like your design to look. Please note that we cannot create any designs that may infringe copyright laws. Once our graphic designers are happy with the information that you’ve provided, a cost quote will be provided to you.
STEP TWO: If you are happy with the price provided, you will then pay for your product in full and the design process will begin. Our in-house designers will digitally draw your design to ensure that every detail matches your vision perfectly, and we'll then email the design to you for approval. We're confident you'll be happy with the design but if you need to make a small tweak, you can do so at this stage.
STEP THREE: Once the design is complete, it will be sent off to our workshop where our team of expert craftsmen will make your creation from high-quality steel and hand finish it in a classic black.
STEP FOUR: Once we’re happy that your custom product meets the same high standard as the rest of our designs, it will be carefully packaged up and sent to you.
