As with every hanging basket bracket within our range, each custom piece is designed and created in-house by our expert team of graphic designers and craftsman. Our brackets are handcrafted from thick steel and finished in a sleek midnight black. All of our hanging basket brackets feature an integral backplate, pre-drilled fixing holes, and hanging basket hook for easy installation and use. Hanging baskets are not included but can be purchased separately here.

STEP ONE: The whole process always starts with you - the customer! First things first, we’ll need to know what your idea is all about. The best way for us to get started on the design process is for you to send us through any possible source images and a description of how you’d like your design to look. Please note that we cannot create any designs that may infringe copyright laws. Once our graphic designers are happy with the information that you’ve provided, a cost quote will be provided to you.
STEP TWO: If you are happy with the price provided, you will then pay for your bracket in full and the design process will begin. Our in-house designers will digitally draw your design to ensure that every detail matches your vision perfectly, and we'll then email the design to you for approval. We're confident you'll be happy with the design but if you need to make a small tweak, you can do so at this stage.
STEP THREE: Once the design is complete, it will be sent off to our workshop where our team of expert craftsman will create your bracket from high-quality steel. The design will be attached to the supplied backplate and fixing holes will be created for quick and easy installation. Once crafted, your bracket will be hand-finished in a sleek midnight black.
STEP FOUR: Your bracket will be left to dry fully for a few days before going through a quality check. Once we’re happy that your custom bracket meets the same high standard as the rest of our designs, it will be carefully packaged up and sent to you. This whole process, from design to delivery, will take approximately 3-4 weeks depending on demand and the complexity of your design.
The cost of your custom hanging basket bracket will vary depending on the complexity of your design, with prices starting from £140 - £200+ depending on the complexity of the design.
All costs must be paid up-front before any design or crafting processes can begin. The cost of your design will cover all work undertaken to craft your piece and the integral backplate. If your address is outside of mainland UK, you will be quoted a delivery charge at the same time that you are quoted your design cost. Delivery charges will also be taken before the design process begins.
