Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Inspired by Japanese design, which in turn was taken shape from Chinese culture. Our “Kyusu” tea pot is made from high-quality cast iron, and complete in a stunning brushed gold painted finish. With a traditional Japanese design, the flat design of the teapot is traditional to Asian culture. With an array of lines engraved on the product, the tones of black and gold are prominent throughout. Designed and ideally used to store Chinese and British tea, thanks to its handy tea infuser.
