The welly rack was actually a present for my mum and yes she was very happy with it, especially the colour. Mum said when she unwrapped it and saw the label on the box that she assumed it was to be black so was very happy indeed when she opened the box and it was pink!!."

Thank you for your help, if every firm had the customer service you are delivering, I think that reputation alone would at track people to your company. Having just returned from the States, where the rest of the family are based, the contrast in customer service and attitude is noticeable, and sadly, not in this country’s favour.
