Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

This beautifully embossed heart pendant has been specially designed to hold a small token of your loved one’s ashes. Simply unscrew the link to carefully place the ashes within and then re-seal.
With the ashes in place you are able to wear the elegant heart urn and forever treasure the memory of your dear friend or family member. The hand crafted heart design has also been finished in gold plate and is supplied with a plated brass chain.
