Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The pole has been created from quality steel, perfect for supporting porches and have been fitted with classical cast iron brackets. Our veranda supports are available up to 3 metres tall, however, we are able to create above this height if necessary.

For outdoor items, weathering may occur over time as the item is exposed to wind, rain and other natural elements. Please see our product maintenance guides to help you protect your product. We recommend the use of a qualified tradesperson with regards to assessing whether the veranda supports are structurally suitable for your specific application.
