Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

The single panel design of this spark guard perfectly encloses the opening of the fireplace for a safe yet stylish way to enjoy the warmth and ambiance of open flames. The classically shaped screen has been fitted with matching black mesh for added safety, as this helps to contain any hot ash or debris. The bold frame can also be fixed or hooked onto the wall of your hearth for added peace of mind and stability when in use.
