Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

This classic fluted Georgian-inspired privacy suite bathroom door handle set has been hand-finished to create a luxury, solid feel. The decorative reeded design accentuates the meticulous craftsmanship that has gone into each piece. Its versatile design makes it look refined and suits both traditional and contemporary settings.

The solid, weighty construction makes these handles robust and high-quality. These handles come with a strong spring built into the design, ensuring the handle won’t sag over time.

An ideal choice for internal doors where privacy is required, such as bathrooms and bedrooms. The set includes two lever bathroom handles, with an integrated coin and release thumb turn, offering easy and secure locking.
