You’ll find us on the A5 just outside of Oswestry. Our address is Whitehall Estate, Aston, Oswestry, SY11 4JH, Shropshire. And we’re located just an hour away from Birmingham, Chester and Manchester.
Adult day passes cost £14 per person, which allows a child free entry per paying adult. Any additional children will be charged at £5. The entry fee covers access to all our indoor and outdoor areas. A parking fee of £4 per vehicle always applied.
Concession day visitor passes are also available. £10 per person which is valid Tuesday to Friday.
We also offer annual memberships at £50 per year which gives you unlimited visits for 12-months,unlimited visits, free parking, member prices, event priority, fast-track entry. (T&Cs apply).

Absolutely! We love animals as much as the next guy, and we 100% believe that your four-legged friends shouldn’t miss out on all the fun. Water stations, waste bins and waste bags, doggy ice-cream and complimentary treats available throughout your visit. Dogs are welcome to explore the sculpture park, we just ask that they remain on the lead and don’t enter any of our indoor spaces.
The list is literally endless! From educational walking and discovery trails, special events throughout the year and scooter hire, to our outdoor adventure play area, sand pit and children’s menus, we’ve got it all when it comes to keeping the little ones busy.
We have tried to make our grounds as accessible and user-friendly as possible. Disabled parking is available, wheelchair access and ramps are provided where needed, and certain senior staff members have specialised training to ensure all visitors are taken care of throughout your visit. We also offer wheelchair hire.
Many of our products are available to view on site, but we also sell a large selection of made-to-order pieces that won’t be available to see. If you’re visiting to buy or view a particular product, always call ahead to make sure we have it available before making the journey.
