Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

This classic urn shaped charm has been design to hold and treasure a small amount of your loved one’s ashes.
The traditional sentiment of the piece has been given a contemporary twist, allowing you to keep your dear friend or family member close to your heart for always.

Simply unscrew the top of the charm to place a small token within and seal tightly. Both the pendant and chain have been crafted by hand from solid brass and finished in an elegant gold plate.
