Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Made from robust steel, every element of this coal hod is traditional, all the way down to the colours used. Seen here in green with floral detailing, hods are traditionally used to store coal as well as improving the aesthetic look of the fireplace. The sloped rim and the two handles allows coal to be poured directly into the fire with ease. Each product in this collection is hand painted, and therefore colours may vary, however, we endeavour to keep the colours true to the images shown on these pages.
