I recently purchased a toilet seat hinge and when I received it there were no screws, and to be honest I was not sure if the item should have had screws with it.  I telephoned and spoke to Samantha who explained that screws are not sent with the item as screws are different for wood and plastic seats.  Samantha asked me what type of seat I have, and she told me that she would arrange for screws to be sent to me.  These duly arrived today.
