Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our "Ushirode Kyusu" teapot takes its name from the Japanese phrase for "Black Handled" teapots. Made here from cast iron, and complete in a wonderful green base coat with black detailing; the sound design is accentuated by the amazing finish.; An ideal accessory to spruce up your kitchen interior! With inspiration taken from traditional Japanese culture, with a tea infuser included, allowing for both loose-leaf tea and ordinary tea bags. Perfect for housing traditional Chinese and English teas, as intended. As well as an integral black handle to allow for easy handling of the item before, during, and after use.
