Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This ‘Keyhole’ cast iron air brick is perfect for those who wish to add a fluid, consistent airflow to their home whilst maintaining a traditional design. Made from robust cast iron, this product won’t degrade in the sun like its plastic counterparts and is built to last. The ornate interlocking keyhole design throughout provides seamless ventilation, helping reduce moisture build-up and prevent dry/wet rot, which could lead to structural problems. An investment in both style and structural longevity.

This product has been designed to age naturally and develop its own patina over time. For authenticity, this product is supplied unlacquered and has, instead, been expertly hand waxed. This wax serves as a basic protective layer against moisture however, if exposed to the outdoor elements for prolonged periods of time, this item will develop a surface rust. If required, the wax layer can be removed using a light oil such as WD40 with a fine-grade wire wool and then re-finished with a metal-based paint.
