Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A perfect complement to our monkeytail window stay in beeswax this window fastener is reversible and can be used on either left or right handed windows. Complete with all fixing screws in a matching finish and a mortice plate, for windows without a central mullion a hook plate should be purchased separately. Pure beeswax is added to the surface of the stay during the forging process to preserve and enhance the deep hues of the metal.
