Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

Featuring a conventional handle painted in a matching finish which folds down when not in use to save on storage, this allows the product to be easily used. The tea strainer comes included, allowing both tea bags and loose leaf tea to be used.
