As works supervisor, Bobbie ensures that the entire works and warehouse team are performing their individual roles to the highest possible standard. He helps manage the production aspect of products and ensures that packing and dispatch of those items are done in an effective and efficient manner.  Bobbie is also trained on the CNC and helps create bespoke steel items when needed.
