Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

Inspired by traditional ER post boxes lining British streets, this classic design comes complete with stand, allowing you to add a sense of sophistication and charm to your entranceway or porch. With a hooded aperture, lockable front and space for personalisation, this post box and stand is the ideal way to pay homage to an iconic British item.

Please note that this post box is a refurbished reproduction of the original ER post boxes and is not a brand-new item. Although expertly refurbished, each piece may have some slight imperfections but are still beautiful in design and finish.
