Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Click & Collect: Valid photo ID must be presented upon collection. Goods will be withheld if satisfactory identification is not provided. The Collection 10% Discount: Applies exclusively to collection orders with a total value under £2,000

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our best-selling “Oxford” Post Box is manufactured by hand using galvanised steel and hand-cast aluminium detailing to the door and letter flap; now complete in an incredibly sleek French cream finish it can be completely personalised to suit your property with your choice of colour and font!

Heavy duty in construction and gauge it offers a secure and effortlessly stylish way of collecting your post. The letter flap aperture is suitable for up to A4 letters (C4 envelope size) and smaller parcels. The postbox is perfectly sized and allows for generous mail collection, ideal when away from home.

The “Oxford” features a strong barrel lock and is supplied with two keys. The barrel lock can be replaced if ever required.

The large hinged door allows for easy mail retrieval and the retention bar stops mail falling to the floor when first opened. The rear of the post box features 3 fixing points and is supplied with the necessary fixings.
