Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

Handcrafted from steel and left finished in a natural pewter effect, this standard 5-pin euro lock measures 40mm x 40mm and has been designed for both safety and practicality. Perfect for use with a euro or espag handle, this euro cylinder can be fitted to either a euro sash lock or a multi-point lock. Designed with your safety in mind, this euro lock has been expertly tested to BS1303 standards and is anti-pick, anti-snap, and anti -bump. Complete with three keys which are unique to each individual euro cylinder.
