I never take the time to comment upon service and / or retail but felt I must in this instance! I telephoned on the 7 th November to try and find a wall lantern which matched several existing lights I already had for an orangery extension. After one of your sales people had taken considerable time to find the most appropriate product they then dispatched it in record time as I needed it urgently. It arrived this afternoon! Less than 24 hours after I placed the order.

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation as all I ever seem to do is moan about service and lack of assistance when buying over the Internet!

What a refreshing change! From the receptionist who tried to help but couldn’t so passed me onto someone who could, rather than fobbing me off, to the salesperson who took the measurements and ensured it was dispatched ASAP!!!!

You are now in my contacts and hope I will need your products in the future!

I purchased the Marlebone Home Mantle Clock - Black from you on ebay on the 19th.

It arrived this morning, very well packed and I received notice from your courier it would be delivered

within one hour so I did not have to wait in. The clock is beautiful and is just right for my mantle-piece.

I put it there immediately and it is keeping excellent time.

I thought I would drop you a line to say that the 2 bar stools arrived on Friday pm. They arrived in one piece and are superb.
Can you pass on a message to whoever packed them – “there is packing securely and then there is packing securely – those bar stools were exceptional! I think you should give next some guidance on how to pack furniture. We have had 2 chairs and a footstool delivered in the last few months – a minute cardboard box at the bottom and a selotaped plastic bag was all that kept them from damage. Your packer deserves a medal and we have enough bubble wrap for the next 5 years at least!
