I’m sure you remember we ordered the Believe mantle piece sign from you to take with us as a gift for the Prime Minister. Pastor Willie Watt, leader of our church, accompanied me on the trip. He is now leaving our church to return to his family in Scotland and as a farewell gift i thought it would be a nice idea to give him a sign, exactly the same, as a reminder of our trip to Downing Street

Just a quick note to pass on my thanks to Ben for sorting out an out of stock order in time for Christmas. People talk about customer service in modern companies but very few really deliver on their promises if the ‘computer says no’.
