Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January.

Our rustic wood and iron coat hooks boast character and style and would make the perfect addition for any home.

All of our coat hook racks have been carefully hand made using recycled wood, meaning each piece is unique and has their own individual look. Complete with two strong iron double hooks which have naturally aged, leaving them with a lovely rustic finish.

Please note, as each of our designs are handmade, no two coat hook racks are the same, and will be selected at random.
