Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

This is a set of two spindles – one rope twist spindle and one single basket rope twist spindle. If you require an additional number of a certain spindle, these can be added to your basket from the main category page. Each fitted with two adjustable brackets for ease of installation and fitting, these stair spindles are ready to be fitted to your desired landing or banister space.
