The reason for the 5/5 rating, however, is for the customer service. One of the brackets arrived broken. I called the number on my receipt, received a sincere apology and a promise a replacement would be sent out ASAP. The replacement arrived less than 48 hours later. I was very pleased with the service I would definitely use Black Country Metalworks again.
