Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

With the modern cross hatch grip, the Small Knurled Cabinet Pull Handle in Polished Nickel is perfect for upgrading your cabinets and drawers as part of a renovation project or kitchen revamp.

The diamond cross-hatch knurled grip provides an ergonomic non-slip design, perfect for daily use. Suited for contemporary home interiors as well as more traditional styles, it is perfect for coordinating with our other knurled hardware products to create a unified look throughout your decor.

Finished in radiant polished nickel, the surface offers a warm, golden undertone that provides a richer, softer alternative to crisp chrome.

Polished nickel will develop a soft patina over time, which many customers enjoy and see as a benefit by using a soft, dry cloth or beeswax-based furniture polish it is possible to remove fingerprints and restore shine. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners should be avoided.

Sold individually and supplied complete with standard M4 x 40mm rear-fixing stainless steel screws for quick, easy, and secure installation through cabinet and drawer fronts. The 40mm screw length is ideal for thicker cabinet doors, panelling, or deep drawer fronts (and can be trimmed to fit standard 18–20mm doors if required).
