PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This real tin 1/24 scale model is a wonderful reminder of the heritage of modern railways. The ‘rocket’ was invented by George Stephenson in 1829 and was one of the most vital advances in early railway technology. The rocket refers to the tall smoke chimney seen here in a warm cream, and the rest of the reproduction has been hand painted in mustard yellow and mahogany brown. Stunning and intricately detailed this is a charming collector’s item.
