Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Styled on a traditional Japanese bamboo basket design, this cast iron teapot has been finished in a subtle green and gold. The basket design represents the collection of happiness in your life and brewing a good cup of loose tea is a great way to reflect on the positives in life. The cast iron teapot has been coated inside with enamel and comes with a steel mesh strainer, the best way to brew loose teas. The teapot will remain hotter for longer compared to ceramic or glass teapots due to the thermal conductivity of cast iron.

To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Please note that this teapot has been lined with an enamel interior.
