Delivery Information

Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for next day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

During Christmas, we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2026.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Traditional Sleeved Door Letterbox Set in Aged Bronze is a bold, classic finish for any door. The integrated telescopic sleeve has been engineered to line the door aperture, protecting the door core from moisture penetration. The letterbox set comes equipped with internal draft-excluding brushes and a spring-loaded flap mechanism to prevent cold air and debris from entering the home. Featuring rich aged bronze, this finish captures authentic, rustic charm with subtle dark undertones.

Suitable for traditional wooden doors as well as doors manufactured from modern materials such as uPVC and composite, accommodating a thickness range of 42mm and 72mm.

This heavy-duty kit is supplied with a bolt-through kit and colour-matched fixings for a secure and rattle-free installation.
