Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

The Black Country Metal Work's Traditional Steel Tagine is inspired from the traditional North African cooking vessel. Its a versatile cooking pot with a conical lid that can be used for both indoor and outdoor eating.

Al fresco dining has seen a surge in popularity over recent years due mainly to the health benefits of spending time outdoors with family and loved ones.

Our traditional steel tagine is hand crafted from British steel and will last many years.
