Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Cast from Solid Brass and come complete with a wall bracket which has two methods of mounting, as shown in the pictures.

Each bell has its own quality rope lanyard, plaited for strength and visually attractive.

As with all brass items they will require ongoing maintenance, especially with regards to the rope and clapper we recommend for longevity they are used with only moderate to low impact as even with limited force the sound level produce is considerable.

The crown, shoulder and sound rim are manufactured from solid brass and will require no functional ongoing maintenance. Each one is coated in a stove lacquer, so we recommend when cleaning avoiding the use of harsh chemicals or substances which may remove this protective surface and cause the brass to tarnish.
