Delivery & Collection Information

Order by 3 pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery on marked items. On Saturday, orders must be placed by 1 pm to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders that are placed after 1 pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Larger items are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the property's curtilage edge or curbside.

Palletised deliveries are kerbside or vehicle-side only. Disposing of the pallet and any packaging is the customer's responsibility; however, this should be done only after the goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return them. Goods must be secured back on a pallet in the event of needing to arrange a return.

During busy times of the year (i.e Christmas), we make the best efforts to dispatch all orders, including those with Free Next Day Delivery, in time, but this is not always possible. Please note, the couriers can also experience slight delays due to the large influx of deliveries at this time of year.

Returns Information

If you have changed your mind about the product you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

For palletised items, please ensure you retain all packaging until goods have been fully checked and there is no reason to return. Should you wish to return an item, it will need to be repackaged using the original pallet supplied. If packaging has not been retained, you will incur a respective cost as quoted to us by the courier. This cost will be reduced from the refundable value of your item.

Get everyone seated with this fantastic aluminium garden furniture set. Crafted from heavy duty aluminium and finished in an antique copper finish, this furniture set comes complete with six chairs and a circular table. Each of the six chairs have a diamond shaped backrest and a woven style seat for comfort and support during use. The circular table has four legs with adjoining supporting arms for stability. The circular table matches the same woven design on the chair seat, which brings the entire furniture set together. Please note: this set comes flat-packed and requires assembly.

Designed for effortless luxury, this cast aluminium set requires only minimal, straightforward seasonal upkeep to keep it looking pristine year after year. For your complete peace of mind, the Milford is backed by a 10-year structural guarantee*.

Due to popularity, your complimentary cushions will arrive separately, a few weeks after your furniture. Please keep in mind that our complimentary outdoor cushions are for OUTDOOR USE only. They are exclusively for external use and therefore are not fire-retardant. If you'd like to bring the comfort of this set indoors, we offer lovely indoor-specific, fire-retardant cushion sets available for purchase separately.

Aluminium requires little maintenance because it does not rust or corrode like other metals. However, if left for an extended period amount of time, particularly outdoors dirt may build up on the surface of the metal. To avoid this, ensure that your set is wiped clean from time to time. Mild soap and detergents can also be used but please be wary of any paint finishes, as these may not be protected against chemicals found within these cleaning products.
