Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Available in polished brass or bright chrome these sturdy sash pulls are ideally fitted in pairs to the bottom sash. All fixings are supplied in a matching finish and locking sash fasteners are also available to add style as well as security to your window fittings.

Polished Brass
• Un-lacquered to retain original finish
• Maintain finish by regularly applying a good quality metal polish
• Leave to oxidise naturally for a darker aged patina

Polished Chrome
• Highly polished and reflective finish
• Wipe with lightly oiled cloth to maintain finish
