Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. Delivery by pallet to the properties curtilage edge or curb side.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

This piece has been designed to be fitted to a left-handed window opening and will make a unique country-style addition to your windows for many years to come. Comes complete with a mortice plate in a matching finish.
