Delivery Information

Order by 3pm for next day delivery on marked items. Orders that are placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, Monday.

For items which are up to a shoe box in size, we do make every effort to dispatch in 48 working hours. Items which are larger are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer.

If you have changed your mind about the product, you have received and wish to return it, you have 28 days for a full refund of the product cost.

All items ordered from the 7th November to the 15th December, will be eligible for our extended returns policy until the end of January 2025.

These beautifully simple stair rods have been carefully hand-crafted from pure brass and finished with a clean polished effect. Perfect for adding that final touch to your staircase DIY or upcycling project, these stair rods come complete with removable ball finials fitted to either end for easy removal and rod cutting. These stair rods also come complete with two unhinged brackets for securing to your stairs and ensuring no movement of your stair runner or carpet during use. This clean design offers the perfect way to add a timeless touch to your interior staircase.

Please note that only our standard size rods are returnable. All custom sizes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
